To explore the effect of skin nursing multiple improvement mode combined with silicone gel scar patch in wound scar repair of cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent cesarean section in Laizhou City People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the wound was covered with sterile dressing. The observation group was treated with skin nursing multiple improvement mode combined with silicone gel scar patch for intervention. The wound aesthetics, scar formation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The VSS score of the observation group was lower than in the control group (P <0.05). The length, thickness and width of scar in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of skin nursing multiple improvement mode combined with silicone gel scar patch in wound scar repair of cesarean section is exact, which can improve the aesthetics of wound, reduce the degree of scar formation, and effectively reduce the risk of complications.
