Abstract:Acne is a kind of skin disease caused by the lesions of hair follicle sebaceous gland units, and teenagers are the high incidence group. The main clinical manifestations are inflammatory lesions, nodules, papules, pustules, etc., and the face, back and chest are the main areas of onset. At present, the pathogenesis of adolescent acne has not been specifically defined in clinic. Treatment options for acne are varied, including ointments, oral medications, physical therapy, etc., but the effectiveness is mixed. With the continuous development of medical technology, certain breakthroughs have been made in the pathogenesis and treatment methods of adolescent acne.
