To analyze the clinical effect of double eyelid surgery with incision method in the repair of double eyelid surgery with embedding method. Methods A total of 50 patients who received postoperative repair of double eyelid surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different repair methods, they were divided into reference group and experimental group, with 25 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional repair methods, and the experimental group was treated with double eyelid surgery with incision method. The repair effect, complications, satisfaction and aesthetics scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of repair in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the reference group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). The satisfaction and aesthetics scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Double eyelid surgery with incision method can improve the repair effect, improve the eyelid aesthetics and patient satisfaction, with fewer complications and higher safety after repair, which is worthy of clinical application.
