Abstract:Objective To explore the application of orthodontic treatment in oral restoration and its influence on occlusal ability and aesthetics. Methods A total of 100 patients with oral restoration admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine oral restoration, and the observation group was treated with orthodontic oral restoration. The occlusal function and aesthetic degree of teeth were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of dental occlusion function in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05); the scores of tooth aesthetics in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics in oral restoration has a positive effect on improving the occlusal ability and aesthetic degree of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
