Abstract:Objective To compare the application effects of partial all-ceramic veneer and resin filling in the repair of small-scale incisal angle defect of upper anterior teeth. Methods From July 2020 to January 2023, 60 patients with small-scale incisal angle defect of maxillary anterior teeth and no damage to pulp were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received nano-resin filling treatment, and the observation group received partial all-ceramic veneer treatment. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 33.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Under the condition of strict screening of indications, the application of partial all-ceramic veneer in the repair and treatment of small-scale incisal angle defect of maxillary anterior teeth can obtain ideal repair and treatment effect, and the complications are relatively few, which is worthy of clinical application.
