Abstract:Objective To explore the application value and safety of bracketless invisible orthodontics in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 60 patients who received orthodontic treatment in Dongda Hospital of Shanxian County from June 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional straight wire fixed orthodontic treatment, and the study group received bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment. The treatment success rate and orthodontic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment success rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the molar displacement, the convex distance difference of upper central incisor and the inclination angle of upper central incisor in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment can improve the success rate oforthodontic treatment, improve the orthodontic effect, and has high treatment stability and safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
