    目的 比较SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填和传统复合树脂充填在后牙Ⅰ类洞中的充填效果。方法 选 取2023年1月-6月在合肥市口腔医院就诊的120例后牙Ⅰ类洞龋病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法 分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组应用Filtek Z350 XT通用树脂充填,试验组应用SonicFill声动 树脂印章法充填,比较两组充填时间、调颌次数及美学充填的显效率。结果 试验组的充填时间为 (236.75±36.52)s,短于对照组的(278.26±34.05)s(P <0.05);试验组的调颌次数为1.00(1.00, 2.00),少于对照组的2.00(2.00,2.80)(P <0.05);试验组美学充填的显效率为88.33%,高于对照组 的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论 SonicFill声动树脂印章法充填治疗能够缩短后牙Ⅰ类洞龋病的操作时间,减少 调颌次数,提高美学充填显效率。

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the filling effect of SonicFill sound-dynamic resin seal filling and traditional composite resin filling in class Ⅰ cavity of posterior teeth. Methods A total of 120 patients with class Ⅰ cavity of posterior teeth who were treated in Hefei Stomatological Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was filled with Filtek Z350 XT general resin, and the experimental group was filled with SonicFill sound-dynamic resin seal method. The filling time, jaw adjustment times and aesthetic filling efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The filling time of the experimental group was (236.75±36.52) s, which was shorter than (278.26±34.05) s of the control group (P <0.05). The number of jaw adjustments in the experimental group was 1.00(1.00,2.00), which was less than 2.00(2.00,2.80) in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic filling efficiency of the experimental group was 88.33%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion SonicFill sound-dynamic resin seal filling treatment can shorten the operation time of class Ⅰ cavity caries in posterior teeth, reduce the number of jaw adjustment, and improve the efficiency of aesthetic filling.
