At present, wound repair in China is still in its infancy, and there are few doctors engaged in wound specialty in primary hospitals. In order to meet the diagnosis and treatment needs of patients with chronic wounds at the primary level, assist and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of chronic wounds in primary hospitals, our research team has developed a chronic wound remote management system based on artificial intelligence (AI)-Yuyue, which aims to guide patients with chronic wounds to seek medical services more conveniently and accurately, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in primary hospitals, promote the two-way referral process between secondary and tertiary hospitals, and make rational use of limited medical resources.
