Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the aesthetics of cesarean section incision. Methods A total of 100 parturients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. The parturients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 parturients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The scar score [Patient Scar Assessment Scale (PSAS) and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (OSAS)], incision aesthetics and incision pain score were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of PSAS and OSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of incision aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incision pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can dilute postoperative incision scarfor cesarean section women, improve incision aesthetics, and reduce incision pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
