Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance on patients undergoing laser cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent laser cosmetic surgery in the outpatient department of Linyi Dermatology Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance. The psychological status, quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of obsessive-compulsive, depression, hostility and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiology, psychology, independence, environment and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 27.91% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance in patients with laser cosmetic surgery is exact, which can reduce the adverse psychological status of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve their quality of life.
