Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor magnetoelectricity and myofascial repair on pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation. Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation who were delivered in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine pelvic floor muscle exercise, and the study group was given pelvic floor magnetoelectricity and myofascial manual repair on the basis of the reference group. The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal mucosa index and sexual function score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of pelvic floor muscle strength improvement in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of vaginal wettability, vaginal mucosal elasticity and vaginal mucosal epithelium in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of sexual arousal, orgasm, libido, vaginal lubrication, sexual pain and sexual life satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor magnetoelectric and myofascial manual repair can improve pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation, which can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal wettability, vaginal mucosal elasticity and vaginal mucosal epithelium, and effectively improve the level of sexual life of patients.
