Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing on patients with facial burns. Methods Sixty patients with facial burns admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given systematic nursing. The psychological resilience, coping style, scar hyperplasia rate, burn healing time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of optimism, tenacity and strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scar hyperplasia rate of the observation group was 0, which was lower than 13.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The burn healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the observation group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing is effective in patients with facial burns, which can improve their psychological resilience, keep patients in a good state of mind. Meanwhile, it can effectively prevent scar hyperplasia, shorten the healing cycle, and help reduce the risk of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
