Abstract:Objective: To compare the cases of patients with facial acne scars to understand the nursing points and development effects during carbon dioxide dot matrix laser treatment. Methods: 94 patients with facial acne scar were divided into different groups according to the treatment and nursing plan. Both groups received carbon dioxide dot matrix laser treatment, the control group received conventional laser treatment and nursing, and the observation group received continuous nursing during treatment. Results: The nursing satisfaction rate of control group was lower than that of observation group (P < 0.05). The VAS scores of control group during treatment and nursing, 30min after treatment and 3h after treatment and nursing were higher than those of observation group (P < 0.05); The SAS anxiety scores and SDS depression scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group (P < 0.05). The score of facial self-care ability of control group after intervention was lower than that of observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the process of carbon dioxide electroacupuncture and laser therapy, periodic continuous care is carried out for patients with acne scars. In the process, attention is paid to psychological counseling, health education content and continuous guidance of home care can significantly alleviate the pain discomfort and adverse psychological state related to treatment of patients, and promote the improvement of patients" self-care ability.
