Abstract:【】Objective: To explore the impact of dual dimensional intensive nursing on the quality of life and aesthetic effects of dot matrix CO2 laser combined with pimecrolimus cream in the treatment of vitiligo patients. Method: Sixty patients with vitiligo treated with a combination of dot matrix CO2 laser and pimecrolimus cream received by the Dermatology Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University; Example time: January 2022 to June 2024; Grouping method: Random number table method was used to divide into control group (n=30) and intervention group (n=30). The control group received routine nursing care, while the intervention group received multidimensional intensive nursing care on the basis of the control group. Compare the negative emotions (evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS)), clinical efficacy, quality of life (evaluated using the Dermatology Quality of Life Index (DLQI)), aesthetic effects, and nursing satisfaction between two groups before and after intervention. Result: After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate and aesthetic satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The intervention group had lower DLQI scores and higher nursing satisfaction than the control group, with differences of P<0.05. Conclusion: For vitiligo patients treated with grid CO2 laser combined with pimecrolimus cream, implementing dual dimensional intensive nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve treatment and aesthetic effects, and improve quality of life. The nursing satisfaction is also high, which is worth learning from.
