Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of high strength glass ionomerwith non-invasive repair technology in the treatment of dental caries in primary teeth of children. Methods A total of 72 children with dental caries in primary teeth admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 36 children in each group. The control group received traditional dental caries treatment, and the experimental group received high strength glass ionomerwith non-invasive repair technology. The cooperation degree, pain degree, clinical efficacy and tooth function recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The cooperation degree of the experimental group was 94.44%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The total pain rate of the experimental group was 13.89%, which was lower than 36.11% of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.22%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The recovery time of tooth function in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the score of tooth function was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion high strength glass ionomerwith non-invasive repair technology has a good application effect in the treatment of dental caries in primary teeth of children, which can improve the cooperation degree of children, reduce pain, promote the recovery of tooth function and improve the curative effect.
