    目的:探讨调Q 1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合果酸在黄褐斑中的治疗效果。方法:将2024年2月至9月收治的160例黄褐斑患者纳入研究,根据不同治疗方案将纳入者实施分组,每80例为一组,将仅给予果酸治疗的患者设为对照组,将调Q 1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合果酸治疗的患者设为研究组,对比两组治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率相较于对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者皮损相关指标评分较治疗前降低明显,且研究组降低优势较对照组更加突出(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者MELA-SQOL各维度评分较治疗前降低明显,且研究组降低优势较对照组更加突出(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比无差异性(P>0.05),且治疗结束后自行缓解,研究组患者治疗满意度相较于对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:在黄褐斑治疗中联合应用调Q 1064nm Nd:YAG激光与果酸可有效改善色素沉着,提高治疗效果及患者治疗满意度,且安全性较高,对改善患者生活质量具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Q-switched 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with fruit acid in melasma. Methods: 160 patients with melasma were admitted from February to September 2024 in this study, and the participants will be grouped according to different treatment plans, each of 80. Patients received only fruit acid as a control group; and patients received Q-switched 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with fruit acid as a research group, the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05); After treatment, the scores of skin lesion related indicators in both groups of patients decreased significantly compared to before treatment, and the advantage of reduction in the research group was more prominent than the control group(P<0.05); After treatment, the scores of MELA-SQOL in both groups of patients decreased significantly compared to before treatment; and the advantage of reduction in the research group was more prominent than the control group(P<0.05); There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05), and they resolved spontaneously after treatment, the treatment satisfaction in the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Q-switched 1064nm Nd: YAG laser combined with fruit acid can effectively improve pigmentation, improve therapeutic effect, and patients treatment satisfaction, with higher safety and positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
