Abstract:Objective: To investigate the method and effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with intense pulse light in patients with mild-to-moderate facial skin. Methods: 50 patients with mild to moderate facial sensitivity skin admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as cases. Patients were divided into two groups by random number table. Routine group pulse intense light treatment, a total of 5 times, interval once a month. The experimental group used platelet-rich plasma injection in the conventional group, with a total of 5 treatments, once a month. The evaluation of treatment efficiency, skin score and patient satisfaction with facial aesthetics were compared in the two groups of patients. Results: The response rate of the experimental group was higher than the conventional group, and the data were statistically significant (P <0.05). In the experimental group, the skin scores of erythema, large pores, wrinkles and gloss scores were higher than those in the conventional group, and the data were statistically significant (P <0.05). Patients in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the treatment effect than those in the conventional group, and the data were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Platelet rich plasma combined with strong pulse light has a significant effect on mild to moderate facial sensitive skin, the overall treatment effect is obvious and the improvement effect of facial skin is outstanding, which can meet patients" expectations of the treatment effect, and is worth promoting.
