Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown in oral restoration and its influence on tooth aesthetics. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent oral restoration in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown for oral repair, and the study group was treated with zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown for oral repair. The repair effect, tooth function, tooth aesthetics and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The tooth color matching rate, restoration integrity and restoration edge fit of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of occlusal ability, masticatory function and tooth aesthetics in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown in oral restoration is effective, which can improve the aesthetics and repair effect of teeth, help to improve the dental function of patients, and reduce the risk of adverse events. It is worthy of clinical application.
