Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from March 2019 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin alone, and the study group was treated with tripterygium glycosides and compound glycyrrhizin. The TCM syndrome scores, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group (P >0.05). Conclusion The combination of compound glycyrrhizin and tripterygium glycosides is effective in the treatment of psoriasis, which can effectively improve the condition of skin lesions, relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
