Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of infrabrow excision bi-plane fixation combined with three-point minimally invasive double eyelid surgery. Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in the Department of Cosmetic Surgery of Beijing Angel OB/GYN Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple double eyelid surgery, and the observation group was treated with infrabrow excision bi-plane fixation combined with three-point minimally invasive double eyelid surgery. The wrinkle width deviation, periocular swelling degree, complications, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The wrinkle width deviation of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1 month after operation (P <0.05). The score of periocular swelling in the observation group was better than that in the control group at 1 month after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%, which was lower than 34.38% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 month after operation (P <0.05). Conclusion Infrabrow excision bi-plane fixation combined with three-point minimally invasive double eyelid surgery can better improve the patient's wrinkle morphology, reduce swelling, effectively reduce the risk of complications, and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life. It is worth recommending.
