Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of eye mask simulation combined with transitional nursing intervention on patients undergoing double eyelid surgery. Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given eye mask simulation combined with transitional nursing intervention. The satisfaction, comfort, quality of life, blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of social environment, physiology, culture and psychology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate of the observation group before, during and after operation was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of eye mask simulation combined with transitional nursing intervention in patients with double eyelid surgery is effective, which can improve the comfort level of patients, improve their quality of life, help to improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
