Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological nursing combined with integrated health education for burn patients. Methods A total of 78 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given positive psychological nursing combined with integrated health education. The mastery of health knowledge, psychological resilience, negative emotions, sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological nursing combined with integrated health education can improve the cognition of burn patients on disease content, improve their psychological resilience, reduce negative emotions, and improve the quality of life and sleep quality.
