Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed behavior nursing under the health concept model in oral implantation patients. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent oral implantation surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given detailed behavior nursing under the health concept model. The health knowledge awareness, health behavior compliance, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The score of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The average daily brushing times and brushing time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher than 76.92% of the control group (P <0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of detailed behavior nursing under the health concept model in patients with oral implantation is accurate, which can enrich oral health knowledge, standardize oral health behavior, improve postoperative pain, and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
