As a treasure of Chinese national characteristics, traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in inhibiting the growth of fungi and killing bacteria. There are hundreds of traditional Chinese medicines that have the effect of anti-skin superficial fungi. According to different experimental purposes, different antibacterial test methods of traditional Chinese medicine are selected, and the detection of its fungal activity has become a high-frequency hot spot in clinical research. By collecting, sorting and analyzing relevant literatures at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarizes the commonly used antibacterial test methods and activity detection methods of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide new ideas for the selection of antibacterial methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
