The control group was treated with a single skin graft surgery, and the observation group performed skin graft surgery combined with scar plastic treatment to compare the treatment effect of the two groups. Results: The second operation rate was lower than the observation group was higher than the control group, (P <0.05); the postoperative thickness, color, vascular distribution, and softness were lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Skin grafting surgery and scar shaping, as a comprehensive treatment method, show an obvious advantage in the treatment of burn sequelae. It can not only reduce the demand for secondary surgery, improve the survival rate of skin tablets, but also significantly improve the texture of the final scar.
