目的 探究腺样体肥大程度对混合牙列期儿童腭部形态的影响。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年9月 于重庆医科大学儿童口腔科就诊的处于混合牙列期且存在不同程度腺样体肥大的90例患儿为研究对象，根 据其侧位片的A/N比值分为A组（A/N≤0.6）、B组（0.6＜A/N＜0.71）、C组（A/N≥0.71），每组30例。 使用3D数字化口内扫描仪将患儿的上颌石膏模型转化为数字化模型，测量上颌尖牙间腭部宽度和高度、 磨牙间腭部宽度和高度、腭部体积与表面积，并比较各组测量值。结果 A组WⅢ指标高于B组、C组，差 异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；C组W6指标低于A组、B组，C组HⅢ指标高于A组、B组，差异有统计学意 义（P ＜0.05）；A组V指标高于B组、C组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；三组H6、S指标比较，差异无 统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 腺样体肥大对混合牙列期儿童的腭部发育存在影响，可能会导致腭前部狭 窄、腭部体积减小和腭前部高度不足。
Objective To investigate the effect of adenoidal hypertrophy on palatal morphology in children with mixed dentition. Methods From September 2019 to September 2021, 90 children with mixed dentition and different degrees of adenoid hypertrophy who were treated in the Department of Pediatric Stomatology, Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the A/N ratio of lateral radiographs, they were divided into group A (A/N≤0.6), group B (0.60.05). Conclusion Adenoid hypertrophy has an effect on the development of palate in children with mixed dentition, which may lead to anterior palate stenosis, decreased palate volume and insufficient anterior palate height.
