Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of polycaprolactone microsphere facial filler on the improvement of double eyelid line and eyebrow distance in eyebrow arch, double C and nasal adjustment. Methods From January to October 2023, a total of 30 patients who received eyebrow arch, double C and nasal adjustment were selected from Shanghai Anman Medical Beauty Outpatient Department Co., Ltd. According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional hyaluronic acid filling, and the experimental group was treated with polycaprolactone microsphere facial filler. The temporal and eyebrow peak angles, eyebrow spacing, eyebrow and nasal root outer edge and eyebrow connection angle and the distance between the highest point of the double eyelid line and the eyebrow were compared between the two groups. Results The temporal and eyebrow peak angle, eyebrow head distance, eyebrow and nasal root outer edge and eyebrow head connection angle, the distance between the highest point of double eyelid line and eyebrow in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of polycaprolactone microsphere facial filler in the adjustment of eyebrow arch, double C and nose is definite, and it has superior shaping ability and durability. Compared with traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, polycaprolactone microsphere facial fillers have more advantages in the adjustment of these areas.
