Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peels combined with gold radiofrequency microneedle on enlarged pores. Methods A total of 60 patients with enlarged pores who were treated in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n =30) and experimental group (n =30). The control group was treated with gold radiofrequency microneedle, and the experimental group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peels on the basis of the control group. The facial pore status, Face-Q scale score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the absolute values of pore rating and pore count in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the overall facial satisfaction score and psychological function score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with enlarged pores, supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peels combined with gold radiofrequency microneedles can improve the problem of enlarged pores, improve patients' satisfaction, and the combined treatment is safe and reliable, which is worthy of application.
