Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Beifuji in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial recurrent dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2024 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and combined with vitamin C cold spray. The experimental group was treated with beifuji on this basis. The subjective and objective symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The subjective and objective symptom scores of the experimental group were (0.43±0.09)scores and (0.32±0.06)scores, respectively, which were lower than (2.90±0.19)scores and (2.20±0.18)scores of the reference group, the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 70.00% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Beifuji is effective in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis, which can effectively improve the facial symptoms, improve the total effective rate of treatment, and is worthy of application.
