Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with axillary osmidrosis receiving gold microneedle lattice radiofrequency. Methods From February to September 2023, 40 patients with axillary osmidrosis who received gold microneedle dot matrix radiofrequency treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing satisfaction, complication rate, psychological state, quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with axillary osmidrosis receiving gold microneedle lattice radiofrequency, comprehensive nursing can play an auxiliary therapeutic effect, regulate the psychological state of patients, prevent complications, and improve patient care satisfaction. It is worthy of application.
