Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing in patients with scar plastic surgery after burn. Methods A total of 60 burn patients who underwent scar plastic surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n =30) and observation group (n =30). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given perioperative nursing. The nursing satisfaction, quality of life score, pain score, mental health status and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve nursing satisfaction for patients with scar plastic surgery after burn, improve their quality of life, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve mental health.
