Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of specialized pain management in comfort nursing management of burn patients. Methods A total of 100 burn patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observation group was given specialized pain management on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, comfort, nursing satisfaction, sleep quality and physiological indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The NRS score and FPS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after intervention (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group at 1, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of specialized pain management in the comfort nursing management of burn patients is effective, which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients, improve sleep quality and physiological indicators, and help to improve their comfort and satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
