Abstract:Objective To study the effect of pain management strategy in burn and plastic nursing. Methods A total of 40 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and cluster group by random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The reference group received routine burn dressing, and the cluster group adopted pain management strategy. The pain, quality of life, psychological state, sleep quality, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score of the cluster group at 1 h, 3 d and 1 week after intervention was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences was statistically significant (P <0.05). The energy, physical, social and physiological scores of the cluster group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the bundle group after intervention were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the PSQI score of the cluster group was lower than that of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the cluster group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pain management strategy has important application value in burn and plastic surgery nursing, which can relieve patients' negative emotions, improve sleep quality, improve quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
