Abstract:The correction of labia minora hypertrophy is one of the common operations in modern plastic and aesthetic surgery. The quality of postoperative recovery directly affects the operation effect, so postoperative nursing is very important. This article reviews the research progress of postoperative nursing of labia minora hypertrophy correction at home and abroad in recent years, focusing on pain management, wound nursing, infection prevention, and psychological nursing, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Through systematic review, it is found that multimodal analgesia, wound care, psychological intervention and other nursing measures can improve the quality of postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical application. At the same time, postoperative rehabilitation guidance is also very important. Personalized guidance should be provided according to the specific situation of patients, including diet, exercise, sexual life and other suggestions, so as to promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients. In addition, it is also of great significance to ensure the quality of nursing by strengthening the professional training of medical staff and improving their skills and literacy in postoperative nursing of labia minora hypertrophy.
