Abstract:With the development of oral medicine, oral implant surgery has become an important treatment for tooth loss. Traditional implant surgery is generally based on flap operation, with strong pain and long recovery time. In recent years, with the continuous development of the concept of minimally invasive surgery, the application of flapless technique under the concept of minimally invasive surgery marks the further development of oral implant surgery, which has the characteristics of less trauma. In addition, compared with the traditional flap technique, the flapless technique shows certain advantages in reducing postoperative pain, shortening recovery time and improving patient satisfaction. This article reviews and analyzes the basic operation process, precautions and application effects of minimally invasive flapless technique in oral implantation, and discusses the advantages, disadvantages and development direction of minimally invasive flapless technique, in order to provide help for the development of oral implant surgery technology.
