Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of immediatedental implant restoration and conventional implant restoration in patients with tooth loss. Methods A total of 50 patients with tooth loss diagnosed and treated in Danyang Modern Oral Clinic from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patientsin each group. The control group was treated with conventional dental implant, and the observation group was treated with immediate dental implant. The clinical effect, stability and aesthetics of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The ISQ value and PES score of the observation group after 1 and 3 months of treatment were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with tooth loss, compared with the conventional dental implant method, the application of immediate dental implant method can achieve more ideal results, with higher stability and aesthetics.
