Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment and its influence on tooth convexity, inclination difference and molar displacement. Methods A total of 60 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The routine group was treated with traditional anchorage, and the experimental group was treated with micro-implant anchorage. The oral repair indexes, satisfaction and periodontal probing index were compared between the two groups. Results The inclination angle of the upper central incisor, the convex distance difference of the upper central incisor and the displacement of the molar in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The periodontal probing depth of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can improve the inclination angle of upper and middle incisors, the distance of upper and middle incisors, the backward movement of molars and the depth of periodontal probing, and the patient satisfaction is high.
