Abstract:Objective To observe the application value of autologous concentrated growth factor in the repair of refractory decubitus wounds in elderly patients. Methods A total of 30 inpatients with refractory decubitus wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 15 inpatients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional treatment, and the experimental group was treated with autologous concentrated growth factor. The healing time, pain degree, clinical efficacy and bedsore wound recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time and skin healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of different decubitus sites in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group on the 14th and 28th day of treatment (P <0.05). The PUSH scores of different decubitus stages on the 14th and 28th day of treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous concentrated growth factor gel has a good effect on the repair of refractory decubitus, which can shorten the wound healing time and skin healing time, reduce the degree of pain, and promote the recovery of bedsore wounds. It is worthy of clinical application.
