Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of subbrow incision eyebrow lifting combined with double eyelidsurgery in upper eyelid rejuvenation. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent upper eyelid rejuvenation in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with subbrow incision eyebrow lifting, and the study group was treated with subbrow incision eyebrow lifting combined with double eyelid surgery. The improvement effect of upper eyelid skin relaxation, eyebrow height change, postoperative complications and surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The MRD, MCMFD, MPMFD and LCMFD in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation (P <0.05). LCBH, MPBH and MCBH in the study group at 3 months after operation were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P >0.05). The surgical satisfaction of the study group was 97.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined application of subbrow incision eyebrow lifting and double eyelid surgery in upper eyelid rejuvenation can effectively improve upper eyelid skin relaxation, stabilize eyebrow height, and has higher surgical safety and patient satisfaction, which has high application value.
