Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of refined nursing of oral specialty in patients undergoing maxillary sinus lifting and dental implantation. Methods From January 2022 to March 2024, 100 patients who underwent maxillary sinus lifting and dental implantation in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with refined nursing intervention. The quality of life, anxiety, oral health status and postoperative healing, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of functional limitation, psychological discomfort and social disorder in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The anxiety scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d and 7 d after operation (P <0.05). The score of oral health status in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation, and the score of postoperative healing was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 94.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of refined nursing of oral specialty in patients undergoing maxillary sinus lifting and dental implantation is definite, which can improve the quality of life, improve anxiety, improve oral health status and promote postoperative healing. It is worthy of clinical application.
