Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on patients with emergency cosmetic repair of facial soft tissue injury. Methods A total of 52 patients with facial soft tissue injury treated by emergency cosmetic repair in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 26 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing. The first-stage healing rate, pain degree, nursing satisfaction, incision healing appearance satisfaction and stress response were compared between the two groups. Results The primary healing rate of incision in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The VAS scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, operation technology, psychological counseling and health guidance in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of incision healing appearance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with facial soft tissue injury, emergency cosmetic repair methods and targeted nursing can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and stress response, and improve the satisfaction of nursing and appearance. Meanwhile, the effect of satisfaction is exact, and it can promote wound healing, which is worthy of clinical application.
