Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on skin grafting in deep burn on the back of the hand. Methods From June 2023 to May 2024, 70 patients with deep burn on the back of the hand admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent surgical skin grafting. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given predictive nursing. The success rate of skin grafting, hematoma area under skin graft, hand scar index, range of motion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of skin grafting in the experimental group was (96.25±2.15)%, which was higher than (81.22±6.32)% in the control group (P <0.05). The area of subcutaneous hematoma in the experimental group was (2.85±1.20)cm2, which was smaller than (6.35±1.02)cm2 in the control group (P <0.05). The hand scar index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the range of motion was greater than that of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing has a good effect on skin grafting in deep burn on the back of the hand, which can improve the success rate of skin grafting, promote the recovery of patients, improve finger function, reduce pain, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
