Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing based on behavioral phased transformation theory in patients with scar plastic surgery after extensive burns of limbs. Methods From January to December 2023, 100 patients with scar after extensive burn of limbs were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given nursing based on behavioral phased transformation theory. The scar rehabilitation status, quality of life, health behavior, functional recovery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of color, thickness and softness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical function, social function and psychological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of health responsibility, exercise and diet in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of ADL, MAS and limb function recovery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing based on behavioral phased transformation theory in patients with scar plastic surgery after extensive burn of limbs has a good effect, which can promote the recovery of scar and limb function, improve the health behavior of patients, and then improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
