Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of multiple improvement mode of skin nursing combined with silicone gel scar patch in patients with cesarean section. Methods A total of 82 patients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing combined with silicone gel scar patch intervention, and the experimental group was given multiple improvement mode of skin nursing combined with silicone gel scar patch intervention. The pain degree, incision aesthetic effect, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The OSAS and VSS scores of the two groups at 3 months after surgery were lower than those at 1 month after surgery, and the experimental group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.56%, which was higher than 78.05% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.88%, which was lower than 19.51% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined application of multiple improvement models of skin care and silicone gel scar patch in patients with cesarean section can reduce pain, improve the aesthetic effect of incision, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
