Pathological scar is formed due to the abnormal response of the body to external injury. It will produce itching, pain and other discomfort during the growth period. In the mature period, it will have different degrees of impact on the quality of life of patients due to its different growth positions. Therefore, how to treat pathological scars is an urgent problem to be solved. At present, it has been confirmed that a variety of treatment methods combined with CO2 fractional laser have a definite effect on such patients, and can reduce the incidence of complications. In this regard, this article reviews the research progress of CO2 fractional laser combined treatment in patients with pathological scars, aiming to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment.
