Abstract:Objectiv To analyze the clinical efficacy of short-wave physiotherapy instrument in the treatment of facial inflammatory diseases under different energy parameters. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial inflammatory skin diseases admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology, Zhengdong Tianhou Jiajia Medical Beauty Clinic from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into 1-grade energy group (6 W), 2-grade energy group (8 W) and 3-grade energy group (10 W), with 30 patients in each group. All patients were treated with short-wave physiotherapy instrument. The degree of facial pain, cell staining intensity and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results The VAS score of the three groups at the 8th, 16th and 24th times of treatment and at the 1st, 3rd and 6th months after the end of all treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that in the3-grade energy group was lower than the 1-grade energy group and the 2-grade energy group (P <0.05). The staining scores of CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD45 RO in the three groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the staining scores of CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD45 RO in the 3-grade energy group were higher than those in 1-grade energy group and 2-grade energy group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The short-wave physiotherapy instrument has a definite effect on the treatment of facial inflammatory skin diseases under different energy parameters, and with the improvement of energy gear, the improvement of facial pain and inflammation is better , which is worthy of clinical application .
