Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of photoelectric technology combined with injection therapy on facial skin wrinkle removal. Methods A total of 50 patients with facial skin wrinkles admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group (25 patients) and study group (25 patients). The control group was treated with photoelectric technology alone, and the study group was treated with type Abotulinum toxin injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin status, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 68.00% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin wrinkle degree and skin grease degree in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of skin elasticity and skin moisture degree were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Photoelectric technology combined with injection therapy in facial skin wrinkle removal can help improve the skin wrinkles and elasticity level of patients, improve the curative effect without increasing adverse reactions, and further promote the improvement of patients' quality of life.
