Abstract:Objective To observe the effect and aesthetic value of minimally invasive circumcision in oral implantation. Methods From May 2022 to February 2024, 102 patients with oral implant admitted to Dezhou Damei Dental Clinic were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 51 patients in each group. The control group was implanted with conventional flap technique, and the study group was implanted with minimally invasive circumcision. The time-related indexes, alveolar ridge bone absorption, 3-degree proportion of gingival papilla height and aesthetic value were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of oral implant operation, postoperative swelling and pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The absorption of alveolar ridge bone in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the proportion of gingival papilla height of 3-degrees was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of mesial dental papilla, distal dental papilla, soft tissue color, soft tissue shape, soft tissue texture, alveolar bone protrusion and soft tissue level in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive circumcision in oral implantation is effective, which can shorten the operation time and the duration of postoperative pain, accelerate the recovery rate after operation, and reduce the absorption of alveolar ridge bone. Meanwhile, the height of gingival papilla after operation is ideal, which can obtain high aesthetic value.
