Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode based on aesthetic principles after oral implant restoration in patients with dentition loss and its influence on masticatory function and aesthetic effect. Methods A total of 204 patients with dentition loss who underwent dental implant restoration in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 102 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given implant care model based on aesthetic principles on this basis. The nursing effect, masticatory function, aesthetic effect and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.10%, which was higher than 73.53% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores and total scores of masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores and total scores of WES and PES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores and total scores of aesthetic satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Implant care model based on aesthetic principlesin patients with dentition loss undergoing oral implant restoration is helpful to improve the nursing effect and aesthetic effect, promote the recovery of masticatory function, and has high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
