Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sequential nursing in the management of new skin in patients with deep burn of face and neck. Methods A total of 126 patients with deep burn of face and neck admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 63 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given sequential nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological mood, complications, scar condition, psychological pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.94%, which was lower than 30.15% in the control group (P <0.05). The scar score of the observation group was better than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). The proportion of psychological painless in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the quality of life scores in each dimension of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of sequential nursing intervention in the management of new skin in patients with deep burn of face and neck is effective, which can improve the psychological mood of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the scar condition and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
